Yin tea has been developed to help balance and restore, like a warm embrace from the inside letting you untangle from the chaos of life and find a state of relaxation.
Blending calming and settling Chrysanthemum and Lemon balm with black Gojis known for their antioxidant hit and kidney cleansing properties with Marshmallow root which has been used traditionally in herbalism as a nerve tonic.
This tea is beautiful to drink in the evening, before yoga or in times of stress.
Ingredients:
Lemon balm, chrysanthemum, marshmallow root and black goji.
Seeping instructions:
Place 2 tablespoon (5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add water heated to 95c, allow to infuse for 5+ minutes. Strain and enjoy.
