This bright yellow tea is as bold as it looks, like sunshine in a cup the blend includes Lemongrass, Ginger and Turmeric to really pack a zingy punch and work to aid detoxification and digestion.
This blend is high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and also includes the warmth and support of cinnamon and the sweetness of orange.
Yang tea is delicious and awakening perfect to sip on during the morning instead of a coffee or for a mid-afternoon pick me up or after meals.
Ingredients:
lemongrass, calendula, lemon myrtle, dried Turmeric, kibbled Ginger,orange peel, orange segments and cinnamon.
Seeping instructions:
Place 1 teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add water heated to 75 degrees, allow to infuse for 5+ minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Can also be used in a cold infusion, allow to infuse for 30 + minutes, serve with fresh orange for some added zest.
