Olive Oil - An emollient rich plant oil will gently cleanse, nourish and soften the skin whilst preserving the delicate microbiome.

Geranium - This versatile oil reduces inflammation and infection, eases eczema, benefits acne and burns and is an excellent skin balancer for hormonal, oily and pimple prone skins.

Roman Chamomile - A soothing, anti-inflammatory and relaxing essential oil for both the skin and the senses.

How to:
Smooth 1-2 pumps onto dry (yes, dry) skin.
Wet your fingertips and gently massage for 15 seconds.

Immerse muslin in warm/hot water, wring tightly then hold steamy compress against your face, inhaling deeply to find your inner stillness. This process provides steam exfoliation and capillary exercise.
Wipe away with slow and deliberate movements.

Repeat compress 2-4 times.Your skin will be perfectly clean while respecting your delicate natural microbiome, nothing harsh or aggressive happens at MV.
