How To Use

Think of this as making your favourite Hot or Cold Chocolate. Mix 10g (approximately 2 teaspoons) of RECOVER REST into 150-250 ml of hot or cold water or hot or cold milk of choice and stir until dissolved. 

Active Ingredients

Magnesium Citrate

Clinically shown to relax muscles, calm the nervous system, and improve sleep quality, magnesium supports over 300 enzymatic processes including muscle repair, protein synthesis, and mood regulation.  We have added 100% of your daily dose of Magnesium into this product. ,

Glycine

A key amino acid that promotes relaxation by lowering core body temperature and enhancing GABA activity for deeper sleep. It also supports collagen production, aids muscle recovery and cellular repair.

Tryptophan

An essential amino acid and serotonin precursor that stabilises mood, reduces nervous tension, and enhances melatonin production for restorative sleep.

Antioxidants - Cocoa Powder Cocos Nucifera
